The Art of Birds
What a beautiful book. The cover alone is splendid. I can see hours spent looking at each picture and appreciating the colors and the details of each one. I would love to have this book.

Well, my birthday isn't until January, but I think that's close enough for this awesome gift!

This book looks amazing. I
This book looks amazing. I have been enjoying building a collection of guides and bird books. I would love to share this with my son as well. He is 6 and we have been identifying birds together. It is really great.

I live in Audubon Park Historic District
I am a birder, and my 1911 apartment building in New York City is on the site of Audubon's farm, which was called Minnie's Land after his wife. Bet you never knew he had a NYC farm! His grave is 2 blocks away, with a stunning obelisk carved with flora and fauna, and a main street here is Audubon Avenue. The bird on the facebook image, btw, is a Tufted Titmouse.
