My mother studied ornithology in college. Then she got me interested in it. And now my children are fascinated. This beautiful book would be well loved by many generations and more to come! Thank you for the chance!

Mr. Audubon opened our eyes to the world of birds. We hear and see them, but with his art, we take more time to enjoy these wonderful creatures. We now see so many species we did not know existed. A great man, Mr. Audubon.

I have a copy of Audubon's Havell edition of The Birds of America which has fascinated me since I was a child. The images from this new book look to be even more impressive.
