Audubon captured an important time in history
I've really admired Audubon's work since my undergraduate days as a biology student. He saw some species that are no longer around -- such as the Ivory-Billed Woodpecker -- and contributed a great deal to our knowledge of the continent's species.

Audubon Watercolor Aviary Book
Audubon's delicate renderings in watercolor are so fascinating; they just draw one in to gaze and wonder at the birds and the timelessness of the art. Nature and line are just breathtaking. I would love to have this book to look at and think about.

We feed birds every day and I grew io with Audubon prints framed in antique frames in my psrrnts' home. My Mom is 83 and this would be a great gift for her.
