My girlfriend has recently

My girlfriend has recently taken up painting and has been working hard on our favorite neighborhood bird, a yellow-crowned night heron. She would LOVE this book.

I am currently an art student. My passion is animals and birds, so some of my favorite subjects of my drawings, paintings, and sculptures are birds. I love birds--their behaviors, shapes, movements, sounds, colors. I would love to learn to capture, in my drawings, more of what I experience when I am out in nature observing them. This book looks delightful and I am happy to have a chance to win it!

Did we all start drawing at age 4 or 5. I still have some of those drawings of birds, horses, leaves and insects that my mother saved all those fifty years ago.

i love watching and

i love watching and identifying birds.i have apps on my phones and cds,etc.but i love to draw and would love to have book as a reference in aiding my drawing especially in the field.this year we have seen birds not normally seen in our area of nw indiana.
